GAA NEO prides itself on inviting only highly qualified, and proven independent freight forwarders to join the network. Each new member undergoes complete background and financial checks before becoming enrolled as a GAA NEO member company. Our confidence in the membership has allowed us to guarantee transactions between enrolled member offices in case of non-payment.
- Our Gold Medallion Plan offers a cast-iron guarantee that each company enrolled within GAA NEO network is covered for claims up to US$15,000.
- Companies conducting business with members of the GAA network are covered up to US$15,000.
The Gold Medallion Plan provides the tool that allows our members to do business without hesitation, making them more efficient and effective and preventing wasted time and expense on background or credit checks. As a result, our members can sleep easily at night without worrying about their partners' integrity or financial stability.
On the rare occasion that a claim arises, each case is handled efficiently and promptly by our experienced and dedicated team. If your claim is valid and falls within the program’s guidelines, our Gold Medallion team will review and respond to requests for late payments more than 90 days past due. In the event of a dispute, our dedicated Customer Service Team will step in to assist and ensure the matter is handled appropriately.
